This service is designed for those of you who have the time, dedication and stamina to do all of the planning yourselves but would like to be able to switch off from it all for the day before and on the day of your Wedding.

You also have the choice of using my services for the Wedding Day only with The Star Package. Perhaps when you read the following then you can decide which Package is best suited for you.

DAY BEFORE

Relatives need to be picked up from the Airport and taken to their accommodation?

Cake must be delivered to Reception Venue!

Church/Registry Office/Blessing Venue checked for readiness.

Meeting with Reception management to over see seating arrangements are in order.

Contact with all vendors for following day.

Check with Bride and bridesmaids that they have plan of procession details.

Check that all hair/beauty appointments have been made for tomorrow and transport to same is organised.

THE BIG DAY!
At last, your big day has arrived and all your hard work is coming to fruition. It is so important to eat. The last thing you want are tummy rumbles as you exchange vows!!!

For this day I will do the following:

Phone all your vendors to check that they are all up to date on times, routes etc.

Check the Flowers at the Ceremony Venue.

Deliver the buttonholes to the Groom and his party and ensure the best man has the speech and rings.

Visit the reception venue to ensure all is in order

Visit the bride at whatever location she wishes (Home, hair salon, etc)

Be at the Church for you to assist from once you arrive till you are ready to depart for your photograph venue (If applicable)

Be at the Reception Venue to ensure a smooth running of your meal with the management and staff.

If you are hosting an evening buffet for friends later in the evening of your wedding day, I will ensure that this is run smoothly, working in coordination with management. I will also organize that the band announces the start of the buffet service.

As is the practise at a lot of weddings, the bride and groom use this time to cut the cake, for those guests who have just arrived feel very much a part of your celebrations. At this stage I will co-ordinate with staff and management, to ensure a smooth running which will enable you and your groom to enjoy your wedding buffet with family and friends and hopefully dance the night away!
